We're excited to have you join our community of dedicated athletes working towards their peak performance. Below, you'll find everything you need to know to prepare for your upcoming session.

What to Know Before the Session

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and any preliminary activities.

  • What to Bring:

    • Comfortable athletic wear suitable for movement

    • Water bottle to stay hydrated

    • A positive attitude ready to learn and improve

  • Preparation Tips:

    • Hydrate well before the session

    • Have a light, healthy snack at least one hour before training

    • Ensure you have completed any required pre-assessment forms or health screenings

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 8 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer your slot to another athlete. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the session time may be subject to a fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
