We have been working on the perfect program to make that happen. These will be weekly clinics for athletes looking to elevate their game this summer while focusing on safe and effective athletic development.
Jump and vertical power
Mondays at 3pm
Saturdays at 9am
Speed and Agility
Wednesdays at 3pm
Saturdays at 10:15am
arm strength and shoulder stability
Saturdays at 11:30 am
All classes will be 60 minutes each.
Open to all athletes age 13-18.
Save $15 when you get a package.
